stephanie: Hi! I'm Stephanie. I am an artist, writer and facilitator of change. I have a deep knowing that I am here on this planet right now to support myself and others as we make our way through a global shift in consciousness. Transitions are often messy and painful like the birthing process itself. Things may appear chaotic and feel unfamiliar as things expand and contract as the old begins to die away and the new slowly takes its place. I have found the simplest way through any great change is to go within and become curious about who it is that dwells in the innermost levels of my being. Getting to know our most sacred and powerful Self, the one who holds abundant wisdom and is able to discern truth, will empower us with what we need in these times. This dropping in and getting clear can be facilitated with the help of the creative process and doesn't have to happen alone. I offer creative tools (art making, somatic exercises, grounding techniques, active listening and heart-centered discussion) for these shifting times and provide guidance for you as you make your way through your own evolution.
